Do I have to do all 12 EDT lessons?
Yes — the RSA requires all 12 Essential Driver Training lessons before you can sit your test. We log every one in your official EDT logbook.
Where exactly do you cover?
Maynooth and surrounding areas — Kilcock, Celbridge, Leixlip, Clane, Straffan and across north Kildare.
Can I hire your car only for the test itself?
Yes. Most learners take one or two pre-tests with us first to get used to the dual-control car.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
No charge if you let us know 24 hours in advance.
Are you a registered ADI?
Yes. Smart Driving School is a fully registered Approved Driving Instructor with the RSA.
